3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted are estimates and may vary after on-site survey
• Prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances
